Financing by King-Pierce Homes.com

CMG Financial – I’ve been working in the industry for 26 years helping clients with their biggest manage their biggest single liability. As we look at the future in 2012 we are seeing probably one of the best times in the last decade to purchase a home. Home prices are low and mortgage interest rates continue to remain at historical levels. At CMG finance we have the tools to tailor your loan to fit your specific needs with access to many products and programs.  As a company we’ve been doing this since 1993 and view ourselves as consummate professionals. We have a saying at our company which we take very seriously called the platinum rule “treat each client the way they want to be treated” This is important when thinking about lasting relationships and one of the reasons I have so many repeat clients. If you would like to have some help understanding what your options are for purchasing a home, take a few minutes and call me or send me an email. It costs you nothing but a few minutes of your time and can potentially help you better understand your purchasing options and ultimately save you time and money. I will do everything I can to make your experience a good one. Please give me a call today so we can talk about how I can help you with your home purchase.

Free Loan Pre-Qualification

Bold indicates a required field

Why Get Pre-Qualified?

  1. Pre-qualification acts as a dry run of the loan application process. The mortgage lender will use details you provide about your credit, income, assets and debts to arrive at an estimate of how much mortgage you can afford. The whole process may take only minutes or a few hours at most, and is free.
  2. While a "pre-qual" is non-binding to the lender (because the information you provide has not been verified), it does serve as a good indication to potential sellers of your general creditworthiness.
  3. These days most sellers will NOT accept an offer without at least a pre-approval letter, so if you are serious about buying this is the first step towards getting you in your new home.
